Please note: Screen colors may vary slightly from actual tile colors due to monitor settings and the handcrafted nature of cement tile production. Product renderings are digital representations and slight variation in color, texture, and shading is normal and expected.
Our handcrafted solid color cement tiles are available in 28 colors and can be used as a standalone installation or paired with any Redondo Tile Collection pattern. Perfect for floors, walls, backsplashes, shower niches, borders, accents, and seamless transitions between patterned areas.

Specialty Layouts Certain applications and specialty layouts may require quantity calculations by linear foot rather than square footage. Please contact us for assistance with custom layout calculations and ordering.
Sample Shipping Sample sets include 4 tiles. Sample pricing is $65 per set including shipping. A $50 sample credit may be applied toward a qualifying full-box order of the same pattern/colorway. Please contact us before placing your final order to receive a sample credit code for checkout.
Ordering Recommendations We recommend ordering an additional 10-15% material to allow for cuts, breakage, installation adjustments, and attic stock. Due to the handcrafted nature of cement tile, slight variation between batches may occur and may differ from previous orders.
Handcrafted Quality Each tile is handcrafted to order using traditional cement tile techniques. Slight variations in color, texture, shading, and surface character are natural and part of the unique beauty of handcrafted cement tile.
Payment Terms Orders placed through our online store require full payment at checkout. For larger orders, custom orders, commercial projects, or orders placed directly with us, deposit terms may be available. Please contact us for payment options.
Returns & Variations Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, variations in color, shading, markings, and texture are natural and expected. Orders are custom made and cannot be canceled or returned once production begins. Please review all materials prior to installation.
Shipping & Inspection Please inspect all materials upon delivery and prior to installation. Claims related to shipping damage, shortages, or defects must be reported promptly upon receipt of the order. Installation of material constitutes acceptance of the product.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Timeframes:
- Full-box orders: Approximately 8-10 weeks delivery
- Samples: Lead times vary. Samples are handcrafted to order and follow the same production process as full tile orders. Once received at our San Antonio facility, sample orders are shipped to the customer via standard carrier.
Shipping Method:
- Full-box orders are shipped on pallets via freight carrier
- Samples shipped via UPS or USPS
- Tracking information provided when order departs warehouse

Returns & Cancellations
⚠️ NO RETURNS ACCEPTED
All tiles are custom-made to order specifically for your project. Returns are not accepted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
⚠️ NO CANCELLATIONS ONCE PRODUCTION BEGINS
Once production has begun on your order, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Defective Tiles Only:
If you receive defective tiles due to manufacturing defects, contact us immediately with photos for resolution.
Damaged Samples:
If a sample arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos so we can review the damage and determine an appropriate resolution.
Samples Recommended:
We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing large orders to ensure colors and quality meet your expectations.
Please note that all batches are different, so sample colors may vary slightly from your final order due to the handcrafted nature of the tiles.
Freight Damage:
For full-box orders shipped via freight, inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damaged boxes on the receipt (required for freight claims). Freight damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery receipt. See our Policies page for full freight damage claim procedures.
Payment & Ordering
Payment Required: Full payment is required upon order placement.
Waste Allowance: We recommend ordering 10-15% extra tiles to account for cuts, breakage, layout adjustments, and attic stock. This ensures you have adequate material for your project and attic stock.
Color Variations: Slight color variations may occur between production batches.

Post-Installation: Not responsible for post-installation dissatisfaction.
Measurement & Quantity: Order 10-15% extra for cuts, waste, layout adjustments, and attic stock. Verify measurements before ordering - we are not responsible for incorrect quantity orders.
Installation: Professional installation is strongly recommended. Follow proper installation methods for cement tiles. Sealing requirements and maintenance instructions must be followed.
