Custom Cement Tile Orders

At Redondo Tile Collection, we specialize in creating custom handcrafted cement tiles tailored to your unique vision. Every tile is made to order, ensuring your project reflects your personal style and design preferences.

How Custom Orders Work

1. Browse & Select: Explore our online collection, or contact us to discuss additional patterns, custom colorways, and design options not currently featured online.  Once you have selected a design, we will help guide you through the customization and ordering process.

2. Consultation: Contact us to discuss your project requirements, pattern selection, color preferences, quantity needed, and any customization options available for your project. We'll help you calculate the exact number of tiles required for your space.

3. Deposit Required: A 50% deposit is required before production begins.  Once approved, your order will be scheduled for production.

4. Production Time: Because each tile is handcrafted to order, production times vary based on order size and factory scheduling.  An estimated lead time will be provided with your quote.

5. Balance & Freight: The remaining 50% balance is due once your order arrives at our San Antonio warehouse.  Payment of the remaining balance and any applicable freight charges is required before shipment or pickup.  Freight charges, if applicable, will be quoted and approved before shipment or pickup.

Important Order Information

Packaging: Tiles are packaged by the box.  The number of pieces per box varies depending on tile size, thickness, and custom specifications.  Standard 8" x 8" cement tiles are typically packed 10 pieces per box.

No Returns or Cancellations: Because each tile is custom-made specifically for your project, we do not accept returns.  Orders may be cancelled only if production has not begun.  Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.

Color Variations: As with any handcrafted product, slight variations in color and pattern are natural and add to the artisanal character of your tiles.
